Whois Review

Ever wanted to know more about the company - or person - behind an IP address or domain name? If you have, Whois is the program for you, a small application that presents the information behind web addresses in a clear and easy-to-read manner. There isn't much to Whois - it consists of a single interface, a search box and a Query button. The results are displayed in the space below, but you have to be careful not to press return after entering a search term as Whois closes when you do! Whois manages to find information for most domain names and IP addresses, but if it can't, it will tell you in the results space.
