CallingID Review

CallingID is a lightweight application that notifies of you who owns the page you're visiting, along with their physical location.

Basically, CallingID works to provide a whois for each page you visit through a convenient bar added to your browser once the program is installed.

The program color-codes the level of certainty that the owner of each site is the one shown.

Plus, CallingID incorporates options to further increase browsing safety by letting users restrict access to certain websites, or restrict the sending of passwords or any other type of confidential information to pages considered high-risk by CallingID.
