ArcSoft Scan-n-Stitch Deluxe Review
Most of today`s consumer-level flatbed scanners are designed to scan A4 and letter-size paper -- bigger sizes just can`t be done. But with ArcSoft Scan-n-Stitch Deluxe?, users can now digitize larger-size paper such as legal, A3 documents, scrapbook pages, kids art, posters, newspaper pages, and maps. The program enables users to scan a large-format page in multiple sections then stitch it back together as a perfect digital copy of the paper original. Best of all, stitching is fast, automatic and totally seamless. The workflow consists of three easy steps:
1. Load or scan pages
2. Click Stitch
3. Previews and save the stitched result
After the stitched pages are saved, users can?
1. archive the files to CD or DVD disc
2. organize the documents into folders
3. email the files to coworkers and clients
4. create PDF files* for sharing or posting to the web
5. convert the document to editable text using 3rd party OCR software**
