Active Document Keeper Review

Active Document Keeper works as a database of your documents so you can store all of them in the same place even though they're saved in different folders. It doesn't matter where you want to save them, be it locally or on a server (like MySQL), this program can help all the same.

This application is also capable of compressing files and making backup copies. You'll have all your documents under control without losing anything important.

Also, all the files will be organized into folders and you can create your own directory chains. The really distinguishing feature, though, is that you can create references from several folders to one single document.

Active Document Keeper doesn't just manage Word documents and other office IT files; it can also scan documents, import photos you've taken with your camera, create it directly using the tool, or even print them using the same interface.

On the other hand, this software can also add notes to documents to make it easier to search for and find any file quickly and efficiently. The file type doesn't matter (Word, Excel, PDF...). Active Document Keeper will find it for you.
